Guidance and Counseling
Students are assigned one counselor for their entire four years at Mullen. The counselors are split into teams with one team working with Freshmen and Juniors and one team working with Sophomores and Seniors. The counseling teams move up with their students at the end of the year. Within the teams, the counselors split students alphabetically.

Hours and appointments
The Guidance Office is open school days from 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Students and parents are welcome to make appointments with their assigned counselor between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The counselors are available for drop-in meetings with students during, before and after school, lunch hours and passing periods daily. Representatives from colleges and universities are also welcome to make appointments with Mrs. Heldt for visits during the school day.
Summer hours during June: Mondays 8 a.m.-12:00
Transcript Request Forms
Transcript request forms can be downloaded through the links on the top right of this page. To request transcripts, print and complete the form. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your own records. The request form MUST have your sigunature. The request forms are not online forms; you cannot submit them over the internet.

All services are provided in strict confidence, in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, consistent with ethical and professional guideline.
TCCi-Naviance Family Connection
TCCi-Naviance is a web based program that provides college selection tools, record keeping and communication between the Guidance Department and students. In order to access this program, students must have the registration code that was given to them by their counselor.
