APPLICATION DEADLINE

In order to be considered for application to Mullen for the Class of 2014 all paperwork is due in the Admissions Office no later than Friday, December 18, 2009. The paperwork required includes:
  1. Complete Application Form
  2. Complete Teacher Recommendation Form
  3. Transcripts and/or report cards from current school
  4. High School Placement Test Results
If the student takes the placement test at Mullen High School the results are sent directly to our Admissions Office and will be automatically included in the application package. To obtain an application package please call 303-761-1764 x3304. You may also download the forms on this website.
