Led by a singles sweep, Mullen improved to 6-2 in dual matches with a 6-1 decision of the Wolves in the Centennial League; Niwot is next.

Mullen kept rolling in boys tennis on Monday.

The Mustangs cruised past visiting Grandview 6-1 in a Centennial League dual meet, pushing their head-to-head mark in 2020 to 6-2.

Mac Caldwell, George Henry Hanzel and Jack Barker swept in singles for the Mustangs.

In doubles, Dante Dino-Greg McMullan, Luc Caldwell-Alex Evans and Patrick Duke-Colin Mackenzie were victorious.

Mullen, which also downed Eaglescrest 6-1 in league on Saturday and fell to Cherry Creek 5-2 in league the past Thursday, both involving lower-level varsity teams, will have arguably its largest dual of the season on Wednesday, at home against regular Class 4A power Niwot. First serves will be at 3:45 p.m. as the Mustangs may get a peek at where they stand heading into the state tournament.
