Mullen's iPad Policy

  • Teachers May NOT take iPads from students, though they may require students to put their iPads away. 
  • Teachers may require students to close all applications not related to a class at the beginning of a class period as well as require students to show them all open applications at any time. 
  • Teachers may take participation points away from students for inappropriate iPad use. 
  • Teachers may allow students to do teacher-approved work on their iPads if/when all class related work is completed. 
  • Students are required to report to school each day with a fully charged  iPad.
  • Students may be required to hand over their iPads for inspection by the Dean of Students.
