Mardi Gras and our Students - The Classroom and Team baskets and donations the students and their teachers put together for the Mardi Gras auction were amazing! They really made a difference at the Gala and we’d like to make sure they know and hear how much their extra efforts are appreciated. This was not a requirement. This was a choice to support this effort, made by the faculty and coaches and their students. The Development Department is grateful. Thank You!

These simple actions can go a long way in improving mood, and helping with mental and physical health. Please reach out to Coach Stewart or any of your PE Wellness teachers for help, tips or ideas!
I am giving you a physical challenge while we are away from the Mullen campus. The "400" Club has 4 levels of participation:
100 level - 50 sit ups and 50 pushups a day;
200 level -100 sit ups and 100 push ups a day;
300 level - 100 sit ups and push ups plus 100 Squats a day;
The top level / what is known as the "400" Club is all of the above - 100 sit ups, pushups, squats - plus a walk/run for 1 Mile a day.
Track what you complete, maybe you do the 100 level 2 days and the 300 level for 3 days. Feel free to mix and match -
The challenge is to be active and keep your body strong and your mind clear.
Email me your results at the end of the week if you want but keep track.
May God Keep His Mighty Hand on you and your loved ones.
Peace to you and your family,
