Why I attend Mullen: I attend Mullen for the education and community. My home school (Golden) didn’t fit and I really liked the close-knit community of Mullen.

The best thing about my sport: The best thing is winning. We love to win. I think this year we have a team to do that. Besides that about the sport, it’s long. We come out and play with the game being long, and there are a lot of opportunities to make yourself better. It’s not a short game.

In my future: I’d like to pursue a science degree in biology or neuroscience.

Pre-Match ritual: I never put on my jersey until we call the lineups and have the National Anthem.

Favorite college team: University of Colorado football.

Why I play: I love the team atmosphere here, the boys and also the leadership, getting to know how to work with other people … and it keeps me in shape.
