Junior Ethan Karr bags his first a hole-in-one -- on No. 16 at South Suburban G.C. in a practice round, his first career 1.
CENTENNIAL -- What is said about the first time? It’s unforgettable?
It certainly was for Mullen’s Ethan Karr, who recorded his first career hole-in-one on Wednesday.
“It was pretty cool,” the junior said.
In a practice round at South Suburban Golf Course, Karr ripped a 4-iron up the hill on the 200-yard No. 16. He said it hopped twice and dropped into the cup.
“It was awesome,” Mustangs head coach Jerry Koehler said. “I was with the group behind, unfortunately, but I saw the jumping and hollering.”
However, the coach was able snap a picture of Karr picking the ball out of the cup.
