Karr had consecutive birdies on Nos. 4 and 5 in making the turn at even par before coming home in 42. Coupled with his 77 on Monday, Karr had a stretch of even par over 23 holes.

The team champion was Cheyenne Mountain (445), which edged runner-up Riverdale Ridge by four shots.

Individually, Riverdale Ridge’s Bradley Weinmeister was one of four golfers who finished 36 holes at even par. He won the sudden-death playoff to become medalist.
