High-school sport: Soccer (Center-back and a team captain).
What I’ve done lately: Played another strong match on Saturday, when he helped the Mustangs to a 4-0 victory over Cheyenne Mountain and a trip to Wednesday’s Class 4A semifinals vs. Battle Mountain at Legacy Stadium in Aurora.
High-school sport: Volleyball (outside hitter), leads the Mustangs in kills.
What I’ve done lately: Has helped lead the Mustangs to a 9-9 overall mark; they will host Arapahoe on Thursday, Oct. 28, in the final leg of the Centennial League Challenge and compete in the Discovery Canyon Tournament on Saturday, Oct. 30.
High-school sports: Cross country and track (1,600 and 3,200 meters.).
What I’ve done lately: Consistently Mullen’s top female finisher in cross country; has finished runner-up twice this season to date, third once and was ninth in the Centennial League Championships; will run in Friday’s Class 4A Region 1 in Evergreen.
High school sports: Cross country and track (800, 1,600 and 3,200 meters).
What I’ve done lately: Won the Arvada West Invitational. “It’s truly a great feeling being able to put all of the pieces together and the work finally paid off in front of a lot of people. It’s really a great feeling.” Also finished second in the Centennial League Championships.
High school sports: Golf (Mustangs’ top player) and baseball (infielder-outfielder).
What I’ve done lately: Shot 3-over-par 75 at The Links at Cobble Creek in Montrose in regionals to finish third and help Mullen qualify as a team. Also fired a career- and program-low 68 (4-under) at Aurora Hills Golf Course in a Centennial League Tournament.
High-school sport: Basketball (guard, three-time all-Centennial League selection and two-time Class 4A all-state).
What I’ve done lately: Has helped the Mustangs to a 12-2 season, their best Centennial League mark in 11 seasons. Averages 10.6 points and 2.6 assists, both marks second on the team, and needs 30 points in the Class 4A playoffs for 1,000 in her career.
