  • Development Programs & Engagement Manager

Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic, committed individual to serve as the Development Programs and Engagement Manager. This is a full-time, at-will opening. The role is a key member of the Advancement team at Mullen High School, providing essential support for the school’s fundraising, alumni engagement, and donor stewardship efforts. This role ensures strong operational execution across the Annual Fund and major gift program support functions, with a focus on data integrity, donor communications, and event coordination. The role will retain ownership of data entry, database integrity, reporting, donor research and audience segmentation. The Development Programs and Engagement Manager supports the school’s fundraising and engagement efforts by managing the accuracy, organization and effective use of development data while contributing to donor programs, communications and stewardship activities. This position requires someone who is highly detail-oriented while also able to see the larger picture. The successful candidate will understand how development strategy, communications strategy and donor engagement work together to advance the school’s mission and vision. Working closely with the Director of Development and Chief Advancement Officer—and collaboratively with the Communications team—the Development Programs and Engagement Manager will help translate fundraising priorities and donor information into coordinated communications, meaningful engagement opportunities and effective outreach. The position will maintain primary responsibility for development data entry, database integrity, reporting, donor research and audience segmentation. The manager will also contribute to donor communications, stewardship, cultivation and selected solicitation efforts and assist with special events as needed. Success in this role will be measured by the timely execution of Annual Fund activities, accuracy and completeness of donor data, consistent and high-quality donor communications, and effective support of advancement events and alumni engagement initiatives. The role and work is an extension of our Lasallian Catholic mission. You’ll need to be the kind of person who communicates proactively, shares information freely, and thinks about how your work connects to your colleagues, especially the Communications and Marketing Manager. This role isn’t just about executing tasks well. It’s about doing the work with intention, representing the school with integrity, and contributing to a community built on faith, service, and the dignity of every person.
