When Eleanor uses a chatbot to write a paper on The Great Gatsby for her, she figures it’s not that big of a deal. But when her chatbot writes a great essay, she’s sent to a special school for genius children. Except every other student also used a chatbot to get into the special genius children school. And that school might not be a school, it might just be prison. Now Eleanor has to lead a jailbreak with her friends – can she escape without the help of artificial intelligence? From popular author Don Zolidis comes a play that looks into the future and sees a lot of hilarious, technologically-disruptive chaos.

  • MISCAST: A Broadway Revue

MISCAST is coming to Mullen this weekend, and it’s anything but traditional.

The Mullen Theater Program proudly presents MISCAST: A Broadway Revue, where the rules of casting are thrown out the window and the spotlight shines on bold, unexpected performances. Think Phantom sung by someone you’d never expect, Wicked with a twist, or a show-stopping number that completely flips the script—this is Broadway reimagined.

A Miscast revue is all about breaking boundaries—gender, age, vocal type, and more—giving performers the chance to take on roles they’d “never” be cast in… and absolutely own them.
