High-school sport: Softball.
What I’ve done lately: Shortstop-pitcher is batting .500 and leads the team in runs scored (15), hits (20), home runs (five), runs batted in (17) and slugging percentage (1.025).
Why I attend Mullen: The academics and relationships I’ve made with people.
The best thing about my sport: My teammates and just the way we all gel together.
Planned career: High-school teacher.
In my immediate future: I’m getting ready to play college ball in Alabama (Lurleen B. Wallace) and I’m just excited to see what the future holds.
