  • College Counseling Assistant

    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic, detail-oriented person to work in our College Counseling office. This position reports to the Director of College Counseling and provides primary assistance to our College Counselors and secondary assistance to the Academic-Personal Counselors. The role of the College Counseling Assistant is to provide administrative staff support through a variety of events, correspondence, data management, and organization. This is a full-time, 37.5 hour per week position during the 10-month school year, beginning January 18, 2022.

  • Substitute Teachers Pool

    Mullen High School is seeking Substitute Teachers to cover classes for teachers who are on retreat, attending conferences, or traveling to school-related events. Substitute teachers will be asked to monitor classes, proctor tests, and deliver simplified lesson plans.
    For any candidates that are interested in serving as a substitute for Mullen High School should send an e-mail to HR@mullenhigh.com with a resume and cover letter explain which courses you would be willing to substitute.

    Mullen offers Medical, Dental and Vision insurance to all eligible employees through Cigna. We strive to maintain low cost to the employee. 

  • Paid Time Off

    Mullen offers a generous paid time off policy for teaching and non-teaching staff. Paid time off includes vacation, sick time, and family sick time. 
  • Educator Tuition Reduction

    After one year of employment with Mullen, eligible employees are able to participate in tuition reduction for dependents enrolled at Mullen High School. The percentage reduction is dependent on the employees years of service. 
  • Retirement Plan

    Mullen participates in a 403(b) retirement plan. Eligible employees can make contributions into the 403(b) plan up to the IRS's annual limitations. 

    Mullen also offers a Defined Benefit Plan fully funded by Mullen. Employees must remain with the company for 5 years to be vested in this plan. 
  • Life and AD&D Insurance

    Mullen provides all eligible employees with Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance at no cost to the employee. We do also offer a supplement insurance to this category at the discretion and cost to the employee. 
  • Short & Long Term Disability

    Mullen provides all eligible employees with Short and Long Term disability at no cost to the employee. Disability insurance provides benefits that replace part of your lost income when you become unable to work due to a covered injury or illness.
