  • Dean of Students

    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic and visionary educator to serve as Dean of Students for the 2021-2022 school year. The Dean of Students works with the Principal in carrying out the school’s academic and behavior programs. As a professional educator, the Dean of Students understands and responds to the challenges presented by today’s diverse student population. The Dean of Students provides proactive leadership to engage all teachers and staff, counselors and parents in the delivery of programs and services to support the students’ academic achievement, religious, personal and social development. The Dean of Students works cooperatively with the principal, the Director of Safety and Security, assistant principals, counselors, faculty and staff, students and parents to foster a positive school climate where students understand and adhere to clear rules and directives while offering correction in Lasallian manner and with the concept of restorative justice at the heart of the work. Additionally, the Dean of Students works to ensure the safety and security of the students, faculty and staff, counselors and campus.

    This is a full-time position for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year.
    Qualifications
    • Master’s Degree highly preferred.
    • Possession of a Colorado administrator license or ability to pursue one.
    • Commitment to the principles of Lasallian education.
    • Minimum of 5 years classroom teaching or counseling experience.
    • Prior administrative experience preferred.
    • Capable of working collaboratively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Adept in both technology and data spreadsheet use.
    Experience
    • Minimum of five (5) years successful teaching experience.
    • Experience in supervision and administration highly preferred.
    • This position is a year round position that includes summer hours.

  • Substitute Teachers

    Mullen High School is seeking Substitute Teachers to cover classes for teachers who are on retreat, attending conferences, or traveling to school-related events. Substitute teachers will be asked to monitor classes, proctor tests, and deliver simplified lesson plans.

  • Boy's Head Swim Coach

    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic and committed Boy’s Head Swim Coach. The Coach is expected to provide leadership, plan, organize, and be responsible for a comprehensive and competitive interscholastic Swim program as well as present an enthusiastic professional looking Spirit squad to represent the entire athletic program. This position reports to the Athletic Director.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Development of lower level program(s) and coaches to include varsity assistant coaches with the expectation to follow and exemplify the school’s Mission.
    • Direct oversight of the program’s booster club.

    Qualifications: 
    • Head coaching high school swimming experience preferred.
    • Comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of swimming, latest trends techniques, strategies, and technical skills.
    • Possesses an enthused love for swimming and has desire to develop the fundamental skills of high school athletes.
    • Willingness to incorporate the Positive Coaching Alliance objectives into one’s coaching philosophy.
    • Work within the framework of a Lasallian, Catholic, and College Prep institution.
  • Boy's Lacrosse Goalie Coach

    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic and committed Boy’s Lacrosse Goalie Coach. The Coach is expected to demonstrate those principles of Positive Coaching Alliance as well as carry out the objectives of the school’s core principles and values in accordance with its Mission. This position reports to the Head Boy’s Lacrosse Coach.

    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic and committed Girl’s Lacrosse Goalie/Assistant Coach. The Coach is expected to demonstrate those principles of Positive Coaching Alliance as well as carry out the objectives of the school’s core principles and values in accordance with its Mission. This position reports to the Head Girl’s Lacrosse Coach.

    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic and committed Boy’s and Girl’s Track & Field Shot & Disc Coach. The Coach is expected to demonstrate principles of Positive Coaching Alliance and carry out the objectives of the school’s core principles and values in accordance with its Mission. This position reports to the Head Track & Field Coach for Boys and Girls. This is a paid, contracted position. Pay is based on years of experience.
