    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic, committed individual to serve as an English Teacher.
    This is a full- time opening for the 2026-2027 School Year.

    Position Overview
    Mullen High School is seeking to hire a faith-filled, committed English teacher to teach classes potentially including covering literary genres and periods, grammar and writing, literary analysis and/or other topics. The applicant would be expected to plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. The applicant must be able to plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences, establish, and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities. The ideal candidate will be an integral member of Mullen’s English Department and embrace the opportunity to be a role model to students not only in their academic development, but also in their faith and personal development as well. As Lasallian and Catholic educators, we work to inspire our students academically, spiritually, and emotionally equally and anticipate that teachers who wish to join our staff look forward to this critical part of our work.

    Full-time Spanish Teacher

    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic, committed individual to serve as a Spanish Teacher. This is an at-will, full-time equivalent opening for the 2026- 2027 School Year.

    Position Overview:
    Mullen High School is seeking to hire a faith-filled, energetic, committed Spanish teacher to teach classes at all levels of Spanish, potentially including Pre-Advanced Placement and/or Advanced Placement Courses. The Spanish Teacher will contribute to our vibrant world language program.

    The applicant would be expected to plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. The applicant must be able to plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences, establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.

  • Substitute Teachers Pool

    Mullen High School is seeking Substitute Teachers to cover classes for teachers who are on retreat, attending conferences, or traveling to school-related events. Substitute teachers will be asked to monitor classes, proctor tests, and deliver simplified lesson plans.

    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic, committed individual to serve as a Track and Field Jumps Coach. This is a part-time, at-will opening for the 2025-2026 School Year.

    Mullen High School is a Lasallian, Catholic, and college-preparatory school conducted in the tradition of the Christian Brothers to provide a human and Christian education to young people, especially the poor, as established in our five Lasallian Core Principles. As a member of one of the largest educational networks in the world, Mullen’s mission is to ensure its students are grounded in the living presence of God, have respect for all persons, are inclusive in their thinking, demonstrate a sensitivity toward the poor and those suffering from injustice, and are educated to prepare for excellence in college and all their future endeavors.

    Supporting 26 separate gendered programs, Mullen High School has a rich athletic history with over 82 State Championships and hundreds of individual State Champions. A long-time member of the highly competitive Centennial League, Mullen seeks the best to play in order to be the best.

  • Medical, Dental & Vision

    Mullen offers Medical, Dental and Vision insurance to all eligible employees through Cigna. We strive to maintain low cost to the employee. 

  • Paid Time Off

    Mullen offers a generous paid time off policy for teaching and non-teaching staff. Paid time off includes vacation, sick time, and family sick time. 
  • Educator Tuition Reduction

    After one year of employment with Mullen, eligible employees are able to participate in tuition reduction for dependents enrolled at Mullen High School. The percentage reduction is dependent on the employees years of service. 
  • Retirement Plan

    Mullen participates in a 403(b) retirement plan. Eligible employees can make contributions into the 403(b) plan up to the IRS's annual limitations. 

    Mullen also offers a Defined Benefit Plan fully funded by Mullen. Employees must remain with the company for 5 years to be vested in this plan. 
  • Life and AD&D Insurance

    Mullen provides all eligible employees with Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance at no cost to the employee. We do also offer a supplement insurance to this category at the discretion and cost to the employee. 
  • Short & Long Term Disability

    Mullen provides all eligible employees with Short and Long Term disability at no cost to the employee. Disability insurance provides benefits that replace part of your lost income when you become unable to work due to a covered injury or illness.
