    Mullen High School is seeking to hire a faith-filled, energetic, committed Director of Strength and Conditioning.  This position is responsible for the development, Implementation and Supervision of year round strength and conditioning training programs, nutrition programs and injury prevention programs for men and women student-athletes participating in Mullen High School’s athletics program under the supervision of the Director of Sports Medicine.  The Program must be up to date with best practices to help build the best possible well-rounded athlete.

  • Head Pom Coach

    Head POM Coach
    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic and committed Head POM Coach. The Coach is expected to provide leadership, plan, organize, and be responsible for a comprehensive and competitive interscholastic POM program as well as present an enthusiastic professional looking Spirit squad to represent the entire athletic program. This position reports to the Athletic Director.
    Essential Job Functions:

     Demonstrate the principles of Positive Coaching Alliance as well as carry out objectives of the school’s core principles and values in accordance with its Mission.
     Development of lower level program(s) and coaches to include varsity assistant coaches with the expectation to follow and exemplify the school’s Mission.
     Direct oversight of the program’s booster club.
     Be a positive role model consistent with the school’s Mission.
     Maintain effective communication with athletes, boosters, school administration, staff, students, parents and the community.

    Qualifications:

     Head coaching high school POM experience preferred.
     Comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of POM, latest trends techniques, strategies, and technical skills.
     Possesses an enthused love for POM and has a desire to develop the fundamental skills of high school athletes.
     Willingness to incorporate the Positive Coaching Alliance objectives into one’s coaching philosophy.
     Work within the framework of a Lasallian, Catholic, and College Prep institution.
