  • Assistant Principal

    The Assistant Principal assists the principal in organizing and fostering a positive, safe environment that is conducive to best meeting the needs of all students, staff and parents. This includes such responsibilities as: assisting in developing and supporting the Lasallian and Catholic environment of the school; leading, directing, counseling, and supervising a variety of personnel and programs; supporting, encouraging, mentoring, and evaluating staff; fostering teamwork between teachers and among staff and parents; and managing budget items. The assistant principal may be called upon to act in the capacity of the principal during the principal’s absence from the school.

  • Athletic Director

    The Athletic Director oversees all aspects of the athletic program of Mullen High School. This includes the hiring of staff and coaches, ordering equipment for teams, promoting events, matches, and meets, etc. The Athletic Director must be skilled in budgeting and allocating funds, and facilitating operations. The Athletic Director may also, in coordination with the Development Office, participate in fundraising for the teams and to provide guidance to booster clubs and student-athletes in the sports program. The Athletic Director also supervises all Athletic Department personnel. In addition to scheduling games and events, the Athletic Director will collaborate with the coaching staff on scheduling game days and practices throughout the sports season, ensuring no scheduling conflict occurs between different teams for use of shared equipment, support personnel, and spaces. The Athletic Director keeps track of policy changes from the Colorado High School Activities Association and coordinates with other organizations that set parameters within the field such as the National Collegiate Athletic Association.

  • Database & Development Assistant

    Mullen High School is seeking to hire a Database & Development Assistant. This position is an integral part of the Development team supporting all efforts related to fundraising, communications, events and donor relations. The applicant will be responsible for the maintenance of Mullen High School’s donor database (Raiser’s Edge) and all gift processing and acknowledgments. The Database and Development Assistant should have strong problem-solving and organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines independently, work collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. They must uphold the highest standards of work including handling sensitive, confidential donor information.

  • Substitute Teachers

    Mullen High School is seeking Substitute Teachers to cover classes for teachers who are on retreat, attending conferences, or traveling to school-related events. Substitute teachers will be asked to monitor classes, proctor tests, and deliver simplified lesson plans.

  • Head Pom Coach

    Head POM Coach
    Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic and committed Head POM Coach. The Coach is expected to provide leadership, plan, organize, and be responsible for a comprehensive and competitive interscholastic POM program as well as present an enthusiastic professional looking Spirit squad to represent the entire athletic program. This position reports to the Athletic Director.
    Essential Job Functions:

     Demonstrate the principles of Positive Coaching Alliance as well as carry out objectives of the school’s core principles and values in accordance with its Mission.
     Development of lower level program(s) and coaches to include varsity assistant coaches with the expectation to follow and exemplify the school’s Mission.
     Direct oversight of the program’s booster club.
     Be a positive role model consistent with the school’s Mission.
     Maintain effective communication with athletes, boosters, school administration, staff, students, parents and the community.


     Head coaching high school POM experience preferred.
     Comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of POM, latest trends techniques, strategies, and technical skills.
     Possesses an enthused love for POM and has a desire to develop the fundamental skills of high school athletes.
     Willingness to incorporate the Positive Coaching Alliance objectives into one’s coaching philosophy.
     Work within the framework of a Lasallian, Catholic, and College Prep institution.
