Senior Lot Construction

Excavating to the bottom of the hole took about 7 days. The bottom of the excavation is roughly 12-14 feet deep and spoils are being staged off to the side. No JHL is not using it to build Mullen a skiing mountain, the majority of those spoils will be used to backfill the hole once the water detention system is installed. Currently, JHL is in the middle of installing water retention chambers. This particular system is self-percolating similar to a French drain but with layers. The base layer is a woven fabric topped with angular stone, chambers are then placed on top and snapped in place.  There is a total of 8 chambers, once installed they will be completely covered by angular stone and wrapped in woven fabric.  JHL is looking to have all chambers set and wrapped by the end of the week.
