From that group of semi-finalists the committees will identify their top candidates and submit them to Mr. Jeff Howard, Principal, who will interview them and name a Lead Candidate for the position.

The Lead Candidate will meet with the following individuals and groups:
  • The Director of Sports Performance and Head Athletic Trainer
  • The Athletic Department staff
  • A representative group of coaches
  • A representative group of parents

After considering the feedback from those groups, Mr. Howard will either formally offer the position or consider other candidates recommended by the committee.

We are very enthusiastic about the interest in this position, the amount of candidates who have already applied and the search committee that will begin this important work.
