Troni tops 'Stangs boys in latest rankings

Junior is ranked 3rd at 3A 145 pounds; Alina Antillon still tops at 136 for girls.
Mark Troni tops Mullen in the latest wrestling rankings released Thursday by On The Mat.
Troni, a junior, is rated No. 3 in Class 3A 145 pounds.
Other Mustangs to make the latest list:
Dale O’Blia, 7th at 103.
Gilbert Antillon, 15th at 113.
Noah Linares, 6th at 126.
Kaleb Valdez-Lemos, 9th at 160.
And Hayden Woodruff, 7th at Heavyweight.
For girls, the Mustangs’ Alina Antillon, a two-time Colorado champion, remains tops at 136.
As a team, the Mustangs, who wrestle in dual matches in the 5A Centennial League, will be in the 3A postseason and they did not make the latest top-10 rankings.
They are: Pagosa Springs; 2. Eaton; 3. Weld Central; 4. Bennett; 5. Valley; 6. Platte Valley; 7. Alamosa; 8. Jefferson; 9. Moffat County; 10. Lamar.
Mullen has a league dual meet at home vs. Grandview on Friday, Feb. 5, 6 p.m., and will be in the Rocky Ford Duals a day later.
