No baseball until Sunday

Colorado’s crazy spring weather has struck again.
Mullen baseball was to play in the Class 4A Regional at host Golden on Saturday, but the four-team, three-game set has been moved to Sunday.
Golden officials indicated on Friday that their field would not be suitable for play.
On Sunday, Mullen, the 13th seed in the 32-team field, will take on No. 20 Montrose at 11 a.m. and the host No. 4 Demons will meet No. 29 Denver North at 1:30 p.m. Winners will meet at 4 p.m. for a spot in the 4A Championship Series, double-elimination play for the eight regional winners.
