Frank Cawley

In his 18th year as Director of Admission and Enrollment, Cawley's 2021-22 season will be his 13th as Mullen head coach. He has led the Mustangs to a 207-98 record with Colorado Class 4A championships in 2006, 2019 and 2021, and a co-championship in 2020. He also has a runner-up finish in 2009. Cawley was a two time CHSAA 4A coach of the year, 2019 and 2021, and Mile High Sports Magazine recognized him as the All-Colorado Girls coach of the year in 2019.

For boys, Cawley assisted for 15 seasons, including championship runs at Mullen (5A, 2001) and Cherry Creek (5A, 1995).

A Mullen alumnus (Class of 1980) and Denver native with degrees in speech communication and political science from the University of Denver and a masters’ degree in communication from Northern Colorado, Cawley and wife Debbie have five children and
one grandson.
