Two-time Colorado champion Dale O’Blia heads five Mullen Mustangs who have been named all-state.

A sophomore, O’Blia was selected to the Class 3A first team. He has won consecutive titles at 3A 106 pounds and is undefeated (61-0) in his career. He was 44-0 in 2021-22.

Noah Linares and Kaleb Valdez-Lemos were named to the second team.

Linares (132), a senior, was runner-up. He had a 42-7 record.

Valdez-Lemos, a junior at 160, also finished second in turning in a 44-5 mark.

Senior Mark Troni was third at 160 with a 42-4 record.

The four were at the front of the Mustangs finishing fourth in the team chase.

The Mustangs’ lone female entrant, senior Alina Antillon (136) who competed in a co-op for Jefferson, capped a brilliant career in being named first team. She twice was a champion while being unsanctioned, finished second in the first year of the sport for girls being recognized, and dominated as a senior, turning in a 41-0 record with 41 pins, only one that didn’t occur in the first period. She was 104-3 in four seasons.
