Another week, another set of flying performances by Agur Dwol …

The Mullen senior upped her Colorado all-time best in one event and set a personal best in another.

At the Centennial League Championships at De La Salle Stadium on Thursday and Saturday, Dwol leapt 41 feet, 11.75 inches in the triple jump to increase her Colorado all-time best and current national-leading effort by nearly 2 inches and surpassed the 20-feet mark in the long jump for the first time in a meet with an effort of 20-0.5, which also is second in the U.S..

She is headed into her final week as a Mustang with the Colorado Championships set for Thursday-Saturday at Jefferson County Stadium in Lakewood.

Senior Kilah Freelon was the only other Mustang to take an individual first with 14.65 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles. And the Mullen girls 800 relay team won in 1:45.02.

Both the boys and girls teams were sixth.
