  • Mock College Admissions Workshop and JET Fair

    Is the college application process a mystery to you? Would you like to learn what college admission representatives are looking for in applications and what goes on behind the scenes in the admissions office? During this event, college representatives will lead parents and students through a mock college admission committee. The exercise will point out the intricacies of the process, and guests will gain insight and understanding as to what is valued in the application. Check-in begins at 5:45PM. The evening concludes with the JET (Jesuit Excellence Tour) college fair at 7:15PM. All grades are welcome, but students and parents from the junior and senior classes are encouraged to attend.

    Visit with AppLab: Supplements

    Student Life Center

    Many colleges require supplemental essays in addition to your main essay. Supplements are typically shorter than your main essay and frequently school-specific. Have some schools on your list that require supplements? Then this Lab is for you! Come with a list of known supplements that you need to write and be ready to work! We’ll cover brainstorming, organizing, strategy, and writing your supplemental essays.
